Key Responsibilities

- Source talent through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding)
- Handle hiring requirements across all levels
- Support and manage end-to-end HR processes (documentation, employee relations, compliance, etc.)

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
- Solid 3–4 years of HR experience (recruitment + HR operations)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Excellent skills in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
