Budget 4LPA to 8LPA Job Purpose To support the land acquisition and compliance team by handling day-to-day operations such as land record verification documentation and liaison with government authorities for revenue and compliance matters Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting verifying and maintaining land records including Khasra Khatauni Jamabandi and Mutation Support land acquisition due diligence and documentation Follow up with government offices Patwari Tehsildar UDH Municipality etc for approvals and compliance Prepare and maintain records related to RERA UDH and other real estate regulations Support senior team members in land conversion demarcation and zoning approvals Maintain updated compliance trackers MIS and documentation for internal and statutory purposes Assist in resolving day-to-day land-related issues and coordination with stakeholders Key Competencies Basic knowledge of land revenue processes mutation and compliance requirements Good communication and liaisoning skills with local authorities Strong documentation and record-keeping ability Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of land acquisition and compliance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What is your Current CTC What is your Current Location Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Land acquisition 2 years Preferred Real estate 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
