Job description As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for various roles within the company You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals like Naukri linked in social media platforms and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases to track the status of all open positions Help create job postings and advertisements to attract qualified applicants Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process Support the HR team with various recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed Male candidate prefer Budget - 25 to 30 k Qualifications Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Basic knowledge of HR software ATS Applicant Tracking System will be advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Robust attention to detail and organizational skills Any Graduate Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
