Job Title Customer Service Documentation Executive - Ocean Import Location Andheri Mumbai Department Freight Forwarding - Ocean Import Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for our Ocean Import Customer Service Documentation team The candidate will handle end-to-end customer coordination import documentation and operational support Solid communication skills and knowledge of freight forwarding processes are essential Key Responsibilities Handle customer service for ocean import clients - queries updates and shipment coordination Manage end-to-end import documentation including Bill of Entry IGM Arrival Notice Delivery Order DO release etc Coordinate with shipping lines overseas agents customs brokers CHA transporters and customers Ensure timely preparation verification and submission of all required shipping and customs documents Track shipments and keep customers informed about cargo status Maintain accurate records of all shipments costs and invoices Resolve operational issues and escalate when required Assist in rate coordination and support the sales commercial team when needed Ensure compliance with customs regulatory and company standards Requirements Graduate in Commerce Logistics International Trade preferred Experience 2-4 years in Ocean Import Customer Service Documentation Freight Forwarding mandatory Strong knowledge of import procedures documentation and coordination Excellent verbal written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with ERP logistics systems preferred Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively What We Offer Competitive salary and growth opportunities Exposure to global freight forwarding operations A dynamic and collaborative work environment in Andheri Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 450 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
