Job Purpose To lead and oversee the land revenue compliance and acquisition functions of the company The role ensures smooth execution of land acquisition for plotting residential and commercial projects while maintaining regulatory compliance with RERA UDH and other statutory authorities Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and acquire land parcels for plotting apartments malls and other developments Conduct thorough due diligence on land title ownership records and encumbrances Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations including RERA UDH and local municipal norms Manage land revenue records mutation demarcation Jamabandi Khasra Khatauni etc Liaison with government authorities Patwari Tehsildar and other regulatory offices Supervise land conversion CLU zoning and approvals for project development Handle statutory audits inspections and ensure all land-related compliance documentation is up to date Lead a team of junior officers executives in land compliance functions Support senior management in strategic land acquisition planning negotiations and dispute resolution Key Competencies In-depth knowledge of real estate laws land acquisition process and RERA regulations Strong government liaisoning and relationship-building ability Excellent negotiation and documentation skills Proven leadership in managing large-scale land acquisition projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 500 000 00 - 2 200 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Kindly mention all the industries that you have worked with What is your Current CTC What is your current location Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Land acquisition Liasoning 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
