Job Title Web Development Manager Location Chandannagar Hooghly Company Hooqx Job Type Full-time Work from Office About the Role Hooqx is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Development Manager to lead our web development projects The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar managerial profile with proven expertise in handling development projects and leading a small team This role requires strong technical knowledge leadership abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality websites and applications for our clients Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire web development process from planning to execution Lead mentor and guide a team of web developers to deliver projects on time Design develop and maintain dynamic and responsive websites for clients Collaborate with UI UX designers marketing and client-servicing teams to ensure project alignment Ensure code quality performance optimization and security best practices Manage project deadlines allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of client projects Troubleshoot issues debug code and provide innovative technical solutions Stay updated with the latest web technologies and integrate best practices into projects Key Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field preferred 3-4 years of proven experience as a Web Developer Web Development Manager Strong technical knowledge in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery PHP and MySQL Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks React js Angular or Vue js Experience with backend frameworks like Laravel Node js or Django Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify or Magento Knowledge of version control systems Git GitHub Familiarity with API integration and third-party tool implementation Solid problem-solving and project management skills Excellent leadership communication and client-handling abilities Salary Benefits Salary 15 000 - 25 000 based on last drawn salary and relevant experience Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Friendly and collaborative work environment Who Can Apply Candidates with relevant 3-4 years of web development experience managerial or senior developer role Candidates located in Chandannagar Hooghly or nearby areas will be preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Web development 3 years Preferred Back-end development 2 years Preferred Location Hooghly-Chinsurah West Bengal Preferred Work Location In person
