Key Responsibilities Identify develop and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients Conduct market research to analyze industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities Develop proposals presentations and customized solutions to address client requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy Represent the company at client meetings networking events and industry conferences Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems Provide regular reports and insights on business pipeline client feedback and market developments to management Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Experience Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development sales or client relationship management Prior experience in B2B IT SaaS or service-based industries will be an added advantage Key Skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and proposal development abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach Robust networking and relationship-building skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
