Position Valve Assembly Technician Department Customization Main objectives Meeting customer requirement by providing quality product as per their requirement and with timely delivery Ensure adherence to corporate values and Policies of the Company Main tasks To read and understand the drawings of spool header valve assemblies To check the received material from store with the packing list and confirm about short or damage supply the Asst Supervisor To check the received material against the Valve BOM To do the fabrication of valve assemblies as per the drawing requirement To do the required mandatory testing hydro functional actuation on the job To check the dimension and maintain the quality of the job To recheck the dimension and quality of the job with Asst Supervisor before offering to the QC customer Aafter QC to take the pictures videos for future references To fill up the job completion documents joint data report valve assembly report HPT report regularly To pack the valves properly by ensuring there will be no damage in the transportation To hand over the material to store after BOM closing with waybill To keep the machinery and tools clean and neat in every shift To maintain the housekeeping of the shop floor To keep safety of self as well as co-operators while working on the shop floor To maintain discipline and good behavior in the company Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
