We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.2. Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom setting that promotes socialization and learning.3. Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the curriculum requirements and promotes student development.4. Assessment and Evaluation: Continuously assess and evaluate student progress,



identifying areas for improvement.5. Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and school activities.6. Classroom Organization: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and safe for students.7. Collaboration with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve school goals and objectives.
Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students.3. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Patience, empathy, and understanding of young children's needs.4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field are desirable.Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PMWorking Days: 5.5 (Alternative Saturdays off)
