Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
Assist in recruitment processes for academic and non-academic staff (job postings, screening, interview scheduling).
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain talent databases and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Employee Records & HR Systems
Maintain accurate HR records including employment contracts, leave records, and personnel files.
Track probation, contract renewals, and confirmations.
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution under guidance.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with university HR policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assist in audits, data reporting, and preparation of documentation for regulatory bodies (e.g., UGC, NAAC, AICTE).
Help implement health & safety protocols and diversity initiatives.
Training & Development
Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and staff development programs.
Maintain training records and feedback.
Administrative Support
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, promotion, experience, etc.).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data for meetings.
Support annual performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an academic or educational institution.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
