Greeting and directing visitors:
Answering and managing phone calls:
Operating the phone system:
Managing correspondence:
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Maintaining organized records, including documents, files, and other administrative materials.
Assisting with courrier arrangements and bookings
· Ordering and tracking office supplies, such as stationery and other operational items.
· Assisting with various tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
Supervising housekeeping: Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the office space.
Assisting with HR operations & tasks
Working with other departments:
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
