Role Overview
As HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for people, culture, and growth in the agency. You’ll build and streamline HR processes, attract top talent, and nurture a culture where our creative team can do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across creative, strategy, and operations roles




• Drive employee engagement & culture-building initiatives tailored for a creative agency environment
• Build performance management frameworks that balance accountability with growth
• Partner with leadership to design learning & development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll, and statutory requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to the team on people-related matters

What We’re Looking For
• 5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in digital, media, or startup environments
• Solid recruitment and talent management skills
• Ability to create processes but stay agile in a fast-moving agency setup
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solver who’s proactive, empathetic, and business-minded
