• Must have a valid Pharmacist License
• Experience: 6 months to 5+ years in Retail Pharmacy
• Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days (Serving candidates preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Pharmacist
- Dispensing medications as per prescription
- Maintaining inventory and stock
- Customer service and sales at the counter
- Ensuring storage as per regulations
- Maintaining bills and records
2. Senior Pharmacist
- Supervising pharmacy operations
- Mentoring junior pharmacists
- Monitoring compliance & safety guidelines
- Handling escalations and audits
- Coordinating with doctors/customers for prescriptions
3. ATL (Assistant Team Lead)
- Managing store operations and pharmacy team
- Meeting daily sales and compliance targets
- Training and development of staff
- Reporting to cluster head/area manager
- Handling customer complaints and operational escalations
