Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology operations. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing daily IT operations, ensuring network security and availability, and driving strategic IT initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Management:

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and application management.
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.




- Lead the installation and configuration of network devices and software in the data center and across the network.
- Ensure high availability of IT resources and minimize downtime through proactive management and swift issue resolution.

Security & Compliance:

- Develop and implement Information Security Policies & Procedures in line with regulatory authorities and industry best practices.
- Manage and mitigate IT audit findings, working to improve the organization's information security posture.
- Formulate security assessment plans, rules of engagement, and detailed reports for vulnerability assessments.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess technology risks and compliance issues, reporting findings to senior management.
- Validate IT audit reports and formulate mitigation plans to enhance overall security.
- Keep senior management informed on security matters that may affect business operations and facilitate security reviews or investigations as needed.

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

- Consult on the design and architecture of the IT network,



ensuring it aligns with industry best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Provide expert guidance on security matters in periodic security meetings, representing the organization and its subordinate units.
- Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in a senior IT role, with a strong background in managing IT operations and security.
- Expertise in network and system administration, including managing and configuring operating systems and applications in a data center environment.
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
- Experience in vulnerability assessment (VA) and formulating mitigation strategies.




- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor SLAs effectively.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to analyze and mitigate complex audit findings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief senior management on complex technical and security matters.
- Experience in leading the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
