Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our ghostwriting, book publishing, and book marketing services. The role involves reaching out to authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to write or publish a book, explaining our services, and helping them get started. This is a client-facing role that needs good communication skills, confidence in sales, and a basic understanding of the publishing process..
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Understand client needs and suggest the right services/solutions.
- Present service packages and prepare proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain client records, sales pipeline, and follow-up schedules.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,150.03 - ₹30,363.80 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Client coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

- CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
