About the Company:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across different regions.Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets and target customers.- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.- Lead Generation and Prospecting:- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, trade shows,
and industry events.- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.- Sales and Business Development:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's market share in international markets.- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.- Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.- Strong understanding of international sales processes, export regulations,
and global market dynamics.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
