Job Opportunity: SEO/SMM Executive/Associate for Bengali Women's Digital Magazine
Position Overview:We are Sukanya Digital,a vibrant Bengali women's digital magazine focused on empowering content, lifestyle, fashion, health, and cultural stories. We're seeking dynamic SEO/SMM Executives/Associates to drive our online presence and grow our audience organically and through targeted promotions.
This role is pivotal in boosting core viewership on key platforms, ultimately enhancing monetization through increased engagement and traffic.
Nature: Work from home.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize social media marketing (SMM) strategies for Facebook, YouTube,
and Instagram to enhance organic reach and promotional viewership.Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, placement, and on-page optimization to improve search rankings and drive traffic.Handle push notifications to engage subscribers and boost retention rates.Create and execute content calendars, promotional campaigns, and audience targeting to attract and retain core Bengali-speaking viewers.Analyze performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and YouTube Analytics to refine strategies.
Collaborate on monetization efforts by increasing viewer loyalty, which supports ad revenue, sponsorships, and partnerships.Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends in Bengali digital media, and women's interest topics to innovate growth tactics.
Requirements:1-3 years of experience in SEO and SMM, preferably in digital media or content publishing.Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube SEO, Instagram growth tools, and keyword tools (e.g.,
Google Keyword Planner).Strong understanding of Bengali language and culture to tailor content effectively.Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and reporting.Excellent communication skills; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.Ability to work remotely or in a flexible setup.
