About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and expand market reach. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior sales or business development experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




- Understand client requirements and present solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve set targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., IT, FMCG, real estate].
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales or business growth targets.
