Process: Domestic Voice Process

Languages Required: Fluent English (Mandatory)

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Experience: Minimum 1 year required in customer support

Shift: Day Shift

Workdays: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off

Salary: ₹27K CTC

Work Location: Marathahalli

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the domestic voice process
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries
- Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when required
- Meet performance and quality targets consistently

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication in English (Mandatory)




- Strong problem-solving & customer-handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
