Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage online orders and provide customer support for our hair care products. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing and timely customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track online orders via Shopify and Shiprocket.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain clear records and resolve any order-related issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce order management and customer support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
