Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Okhla, New Delhi

About Us: Shakti Legal Compliance India (SLCI) is a trusted name in providing end-to-end legal services related to labor laws, payroll, compliance, and audit-related services. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships, we are looking for experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) to join our team in Okhla.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients.
- Track client satisfaction and initiate corrective actions to improve retention.
- Ensure timely delivery of services as per agreed scope.
- Share audit reports, compliance updates, and trackers with clients as per schedule
- Track and share client performance dashboards (compliance status, dues, deadlines)
- Work closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve client issues.
- Ensure audit findings, action items, and client instructions are implemented effectively.
- Conduct regular client feedback surveys/calls.
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address grievances proactively to avoid escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Client Servicing / CRM / Customer Support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).




- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Candidates residing in/near Okhla, Recent Delhi will be preferred.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
