Software Engineer II Job Summary

:

1. 3 years of experience in a CloudOps, DevOps, or Systems Engineering role. Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python). Understanding of networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP, VPCs, VPNs). Exposure to CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Working knowledge of SQL for basic database queries. Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).



Exposure to logging and monitoring platforms. Version control experience with Git.

Detail JD:

- Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents using observability tools (e.g., Grafana or cloud native platforms).
- Execute service requests or planned changes required.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Manage cloud resources (compute, storage, databases, networking) via infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Azure DevOps).
- Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to support infrastructure needs.
- Contribute to documentation and runbooks for operational procedures and incident responses.
