Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting client outreach, promoting our products,



and managing sales activities. Daily tasks include developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service support. The specialist will also participate in sales training sessions to enhance their skills and ensure they are effectively meeting company sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Training
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Knowledge of the rubber manufacturing industry is a plus
