Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT services in theUSA, UK, Europe & Australia. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across targeted sectors in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Procurement Heads, etc.)
- Sales Pipeline: Manage end-to-end sales cycles from chance identification and proposals to closing deals.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Proposal Management: Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom proposals,
RFPs, and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and pricing to position offerings effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting reports.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business objectives with client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of proven IT sales experience, specifically in international markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia).
- Strong understanding of IT services, MS, cloud, CRM, CMS, AI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel history to US, Australia or a valid business VISAS is an advantage.
- Existing network of clients or partners in US or Australia.
- Experience selling in B2B tech consulting.
