- Manage and curate content for internal platforms such as Yammer and SharePoint, ensuring timely and relevant updates that keep employees informed and engaged.
- Produce high-quality communication materials, including videos, newsletters, and presentations, that resonate with diverse audiences and promote Honeywell's initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and share success stories that highlight Honeywell's innovations and achievements, fostering a sense of pride and ownership among employees.
- Drive engagement initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee morale and promote a sense of community within the workplace.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, make data-driven recommendations for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of communication efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications to continuously elevate Honeywell's communication strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
