Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNIs/UHNIs, Retail Affluent, and Corporate clients.
Prospect and onboard investment distributors / IFAs to expand product reach.
Understand client needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment opportunities (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, alternative investments, fixed income, etc.).
Conduct regular portfolio reviews, client meetings, webinars, and investor events.
Run end-to-end investment sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, documentation, closure, and post-investment servicing.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) for smooth execution.
Use digital/social media and other channels to educate clients and build trust.
Achieve sales and revenue targets (AUM growth, number of clients onboarded, distributor partnerships).
What We're Looking For
2 to 7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial product sales.
Solid understanding of wealth/investment products and the ability to pitch complex solutions.
Proven track record of working with HNI / UHNI clients and exposure to distributor/IFA engagement.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong phone and in-person presence; ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced fintech/startup setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Certifications such as NISM, CFP,
or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in fintech, wealth tech, or alternative investments will be an advantage.
