Responsibilities
Identify and map prospective investors including VC/PE funds, Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs, and Venture Debt funds across India and Asia.
Initiate outreach, build engagement, and secure appointments with prospective investors.
Maintain regular follow-ups with investors and ensure continuous engagement.
Accompany senior bankers in investor meetings and support in relationship management.
Conduct research on investor preferences, sectoral interests, and fundraising trends.
Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring effective tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
Support in preparing investor briefs, company profiles, and meeting notes.
Provide feedback from investors to the internal deal team to refine fundraising strategies.
Desired requirements
12–18 months of experience in Investment Banking, Fundraising, or Investor Relations.
Solid understanding of fundraising processes and investor dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
Good research and analytical skills to identify potential investors and align them with opportunities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
