Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a solid understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements




Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests
Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Robust knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
Understanding of HR processes and policies
Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
Robust communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
