Mandatory Skill: SAP Fico, S4 Hana, Implementation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA environments
Involve in end-to-end implementation,



configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions based on business needs
Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
Prepare functional specifications, training documents, and user manuals
Provide user training and support during UAT and go-live phases
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICO processes

Mandatory Skills:
SAP FICO – FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
S/4HANA implementation experience (at least 1 full-cycle implementation)
Solid knowledge of integration with other SAP modules
Experience with Configuration and Customization
Valuable understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
