Karnataka: Kalaburagi, Bidar, Raichur, Bagalkot, Vijayapura
Telangana: All districts
Andhra Pradesh: Kurnool, Nandyal, Vijayawada
(and other states as assigned)

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 5 years in Admissions and Enrollments

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Officer to oversee and manage the university’s admission process across multiple regions, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. The role involves student counseling, regional outreach, institutional networking,



and ensuring effective execution of admission strategies in alignment with university policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete admission cycle across the assigned territory.
Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
Organize and participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, and outreach school/ college programs across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
Build and sustain solid relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and local communities.
Achieve admission targets and maintain territory-wise progress reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups with inquiries to maximize lead conversion.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with organisation admission policies.
Work closely with academic and administrative departments for smooth student on boarding.
Travel extensively across territory to support admission and outreach activities.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.




In-depth knowledge of university admissions and territory education trends.
Ability to work independently and manage large-scale admission operations.
Proven experience in achieving admission targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM admission systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
