Assistant Restaurant Manager – Asian Cuisine Restaurant (Mumbai)

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at a renowned Asian restaurant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, committed to excellence, and eager to grow with us. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high service standards our restaurant is known for.

About the Work:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee floor operations and act as a link between guests, staff, and senior management. You’ll manage service flow, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and lead a motivated team that reflects the culture and reputation of our restaurant.





Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure positive dining experiences.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Assist in achieving operational goals, including revenue and efficiency targets.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with the restaurant’s values and standards.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
