Job Summary
The Sales Senior Executive/ Asst Manager is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling banquet, restaurant sales and event spaces . This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong sales mindset and a good understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for get togethers, weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase hotel facilities, banquet, restaurant, ODC facilities and services.




- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with the other F&B; departments and operations team to ensure event requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- Maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and track sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standard, contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Min 5 yrs relevant experience in hotel sales, event management, travel, banquet/event sales, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
- should have good knowledge on Bangalore Geography and cliental




- Good communication skill, proficiency in English speaking and addressing email.
- Should have own two wheeler
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning processes.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude with a results-driven approach.

Reporting To
Director - Operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
