Job description:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive software sales by identifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and support)
to deliver customer solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales (software/IT sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client-handling ability.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with software products, SaaS, or IT solutions is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
