Digital Marketing Intern (Lohegaon)

e are looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation, along with graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, infographics, ads, and promotional graphics.




- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for captions and ad copies.
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Basic video editing for reels/shorts.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.




- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹16,673.57 per month
