Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions to address client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and insights on business pipeline, client feedback, and market developments to management.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
