Position: Support & Tele Caller Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 6 days a week
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide construction industry ERP product support to clients.
- Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct tele-marketing / lead generation calls for our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales and operations team with client communication.
- Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / tele calling / tele marketing.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Domain knowledge in the Indian construction industry will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
