Company: CAMS (Computer Age Management Services)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Shift: Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Work Days: 6 days/week, Sunday OFF (fixed) Experience: Freshers – 3 years eligible Education: Graduation mandatory

Age: Below 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Make inbound/outbound calls to customers for insurance/mutual fund collections and support

· Follow call scripts, handle queries, and guide customers through payments/renewals

· Maintain call documentation, MIS reporting

· Escalate unresolved issues and ensure adherence to quality standards

✅ Eligibility & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); freshers welcome

· Good communication in English & Hindi

· Age under 30





�� Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary range: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month

· Benefits: Provident Fund

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
