With decades of expertise, They have built a reputation for excellence, customer trust, and delivering lifestyle-driven spaces that redefine urban living.Role Summary: Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits for real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound calls and qualify leads.- Provide accurate project details (pricing, amenities,



location).- Maintain CRM data and track follow-ups.- Coordinate site visits and assist sales team with leads.- Support in presentations, proposals, and marketing activities.- Work with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions.- Meet monthly targets for lead conversions.Requirements:- Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing role preferred.Contact Person: Ishita/Aastha ((phone hidden)/ [email protected])
