MIS Executive (Bhiwandi)

Should be able to handle and manage all warehouse operations like GRN, inventory management, sales order processing and E ways bill through a WMS system.

Expertise in managing records, documentation and excel.

Experience in Transportation billing, co-ordinate with transporter for all follow-ups.

Processing of pending sales orders

Co-ordinate with forwarders and transporters on shipments.

Prepare shipping documents and Sales invoices for deliveries to customers.

Closely work with Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, Distribution to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.

Closely work with Accounts Department to ensure maintaining proper Sales / Shipment records and other tracking for Audit / Day to Day operations purposes.





Follow the SOP for the given responsibilities; Identify & resolve gaps in the current processes if any.

To manage, maintain and process all tasks assigned in an accurate, timely and presentable manner following procedures as required.

Regular data reporting and analysis and generating monthly reports on purchases and sales.

Reconcile stock records in case of any discrepancies between system and stock.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
