Job summary
We are seeking a energetic Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with 5–8 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing hiring processes across functions, ensuring the right talent is onboarded, and contributing to building strong employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Work with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive recruitment strategy to ensure quality and timely closures across roles.
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage pipelines, track metrics, and streamline processes.
- Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders for employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/ Digital/Service sectors.
- Strong exposure to ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Proven track record in salary negotiations and closing positions within timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle both individual contributor responsibilities and lead a small team.
