We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can scale our growth engine using Hub Spot and modern digital strategies. If you love creating demand, automating funnels, and driving conversions, this role is for you.
️ What You’ll Do
- Own and manage Hub Spot CRM & Marketing Hub: workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting. - Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, content). - Build lead nurturing funnels that convert candidates and recruiters. - Drive SEO, content, and performance marketing for brand visibility. - Create and optimize landing pages, newsletters, drip campaigns. - Measure and analyze KPIs (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, churn, funnel drop-offs).
- Work closely with founders on brand positioning and GTM strategy. - Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and pipeline health.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing. - Hands-on expertise in Hub Spot Marketing Hub & CRM (certifications a big plus). - Strong knowledge of growth marketing, automation, and lead funnels. - Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and analytics dashboards. - Experience running email drip campaigns, retargeting, and content distribution. - Data-driven mindset — you live in reports, dashboards, and A/B testing. - Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HRTech / recruitment platforms. - Familiarity with product-led growth strategies. - Comfort with design tools (Canva, Figma) for quick creatives. - Knowledge of web analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
