This role involves driving sales, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and managing a motivated team to deliver Skyblue’s signature creative retail experience.Responsibilities- Lead overall store operations with focus on customer engagement and sales growth- Inspire, guide, and manage the store team to deliver excellence- Ensure high standards of merchandising, ambience, and inventory management- Track performance, reporting, and compliance with company policies- Build strong customer relationships for repeat engagement and loyaltyRequirements- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Retail/Management/Design- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or customer-facing operations- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
