Job Summary:The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies for our range of extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the international market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality control, and logistics,
to ensure the successful export of our products to global markets.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Strategy Development:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and clients.- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.Sales & Business Development:- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and importers in target markets.- Negotiate and close sales deals with international buyers, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.- Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.Export Operations Management:- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.- Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.Product Knowledge & Training:- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including the sourcing, processing, and quality attributes of Botanical extracts,
Essential Oils and Organic products.- Provide training and support to junior sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in export sales, preferably in the Botanical extracts, Essential Oils or Organic industry.- Skills:- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.- Excellent communication, negotiation,
