Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers/clients
- Support marketing activities (online & offline campaigns)
- Handle HR tasks like screening candidates, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Perform basic admin tasks – managing files, reports, and office activities
- Assist founders in day-to-day business operations
- Maintain lead reports and customer databases
Qualifications
- Female candidate preferred (College students & freshers welcome)
- Positive communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Confident,
responsible, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
