We’re looking for energetic and motivated fresher diploma holders to join our team in Goregaon - Mumbai team in Quality Inspection role.

Job Title: Quality Executive
Department: Quality Inspector
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The Quality Executive ensures that all products, including railway connectors and other industrial
components, meet the company’s stringent quality standards and comply with client
specifications and regulatory requirements. This role supports Jetronics India’s commitment to




delivering reliable and high-performance products across various sectors, including Indian
Railways and European markets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Understand and Comprehend Engineering Drawings
• Attention to Detail
• Patience and Diligence
• Team Collaboration
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Measurement Tools
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
• To Be Able to Work Methodically

Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Control:
o Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to
ensure they meet established quality standards.
o Conduct routine and special quality audits and prepare detailed reports.
o Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues
promptly.
• Compliance & Documentation:
o Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, test results, and nonconformance reports.
o Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including
ISO certifications.




o Assist in preparing quality-related documentation
• Testing & Analysis:
o Conduct product testing, including mechanical, electrical, and environmental
tests on railway connectors and other components.
o Analyze test data and suggest improvements for product design and production
processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for quality enhancement and drive implementation of best
practices.
o Provide training to production and quality teams on quality standards and
procedures.
• Customer Focus:
o Address client feedback and quality concerns in a timely and skilled
manner.




o Collaborate with production teams to ensure client specifications are fully
understood and met.
