Position SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of our cloud-based Property & Casualty Claims Management System. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who is equally comfortable with architecture and coding as they are with leading a team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, strong leadership qualities, and ideally, domain knowledge in insurance and claims processing.Job Description:- Serve as the technical owner of the Claims product line, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and support of software components.- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a cross-functional team of developers, QA,



and analysts.- Architect and develop scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including microservices architecture, GIT workflows, and continuous integration.- Experience integrating with third-party insurance platforms or data providers (e.g., CCC, Verisk, LexisNexis).- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.- Perform and oversee code reviews to ensure coding best practices and maintainable, secure codebases.- Collaborate with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with customer needs.- Facilitate technical decision-making and promote engineering excellence across the team.- Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex system issues.- Support and enhance DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure automation where applicable.- Stay up to date with industry trends,



bringing innovative solutions and ideas to the platform.Technical Competencies:- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server.- Experience designing and building applications in Microsoft Azure, including the use of Azure App Services, Functions, and other PaaS components- Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development- Deep familiarity with GIT, branching strategies, and code review practices- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to lead by example and drive team accountability- Comfortable working in an Agile workplace with fast-moving prioritiesQualification:Education: - BE / B. Tech / MCAExperience - 7+ years of software development experience,



with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architecture role.Working days: 5 days a weekManager: This role reports into Project Manager
