Job Description – HR Business Partner (HRBP)PositionHR Business Partner (HRBP)Experience: 6 months to 2+ yearsLocation: Millennium Business Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400710Reporting To: Senior Manager, HR Business PartnerKey Responsibilities1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support- Act as a trusted HR point-of-contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance.- Collaborate with delivery managers and project leads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.- Support workforce planning, probation confirmations, and role transitions in coordination with business teams.2. Employee Engagement & Retention- Drive employees connect initiatives, skip-level interactions,
and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.- Plan and execute engagement programs, R&Rs;, and wellness activities aligned with organizational culture.- Track employee concerns, attrition risks, and provide proactive solutions for retention.3. HR Operations & Compliance- Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.- Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are adhered to consistently.- Maintain accurate HRIS data, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc.).4. Performance & Talent Development- Coordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and feedback discussions.- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives.- Provide inputs for career pathing and internal mobility.Qualifications & Skills- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.- 6 months to 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT services / consulting.- Strong interpersonal, influencing,
and communication skills.- Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks.- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools/HRIS.- High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
