Position : Senior Performance Marketing ManagerExperience : 8-12 YearsKey Responsibilities· Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.· Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.· Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.· Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.· Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth.· Train, mentor,



and manage a digital marketing team; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.· Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.· Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive results.---Requirements· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).· Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (mandatory).· Solid track record of working with USA clients.· Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with significant monthly spends ($50K+ preferred).· Demonstrated success in achieving measurable ROI from paid campaigns.· Experience in SEO is a plus (not mandatory).· Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.· Prior experience in managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
