We are looking for a energetic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead, manage, and scale all branding and marketing initiatives across our entities. The role calls for both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with direct leadership of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives across all entities.
- ⁠Oversee end-to-end execution of brand campaigns from creative brief to delivery.
- Lead and mentor the marketing/creative team (social media, design, content, video, and web development), ensuring high-quality output, creativity and timly execution.
- Create, manage and oversee marketing content across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- ⁠Build and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and positioning for each entity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Establish clear processes, workflows, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- ⁠Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Ensure marketing content aligns with business goals and is optimized based on feedback from internal editing and creative teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of proven experience in brand marketing,



preferably in professional / corporate services, finance or education sectors.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams (social media, content, design, video, web development).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- ⁠Experience in managing multi-brand portfolios.
- ⁠Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- ⁠Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ⁠Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms and campaign management.
