Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing influencer-led campaigns on platforms like Instagram. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of influencer sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and campaign planning. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify relevant Instagram influencers across categories aligned with brand goals.
- Reach out and negotiate with influencers for collaborations,



ensuring cost-effectiveness and brand fit.
- Coordinate with influencers for timely content creation, approvals, and campaign execution.
- Create and maintain a monthly influencer calendar with planned campaigns, collaborations, and posting schedules.
- Track influencer content, deliverables, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI).
- Maintain and update influencer database with contact details, collaboration history, and rates.
- Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, Instagram algorithm, and emerging creators.

Requirements:

- Prior internship or hands-on experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, content formats (Reels, Stories, Posts), and audience behavior.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
